Wet scrubbers consist of metallic casing and inside fitted with Ceramic rashing for increasing retaining time of the gas stream. A suitably designed spray nozzles deliver scrubbing liquid as tiny liquid particles. The liquid particles capture the dust present in the gas stream.

Industrial Wet Scrubber is equipped with a Re-circulation Pump which re-circulates the scrubbing fluid from the Re-circulating Tank to scrubber. Wet Scrubber is widely used in controlling toxic fumes like Sulphur di-oxide, Nitrogen gas, Ammonia and Hydrochloric acid dust and other gases generated during metal smelting.
